UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

hi, my problem is, i have paid for lifetime subscription, if i show at my account setting on you´re HP i see my lifetime subscription, but i miss my additional 2 char slots and a acknowledgment E-Mail for my payment.
my brother have a lifetime subscribtion, too. He have this e-mail and 4 char-slots, I've had doubt, that i have now a lifetime subscribtion.
I am also having an issue with the lifetime. I have it listed on my account and I have the email but I only show 2 slots and no Borg in the creation list.
I would like to get this problem resolved so I can get started.

I am in the same boat. I have a ticket in game for 12 minutes already, cannot make my Borg character after closing the game and restarting at least 6 times.
also see that i am a lifer on my account but only show 2 characters possiable and no borg to be created. have logged in and out on a human i made several times and checked c store over and over and nothing. even when we got that admin message to log out and problem fixed it sure isn't for me.
having the same issue, account says paid, got the confirmation email, but no borg and only two slots. I assumed the these extras would be available till Feb 2nd, then a note appears in chat saying that the borg characters are now working if you sign out and restart the client. it was at that point that I realized that my lifetime subscription hadn't kicked in, and I bought it Tuesday...
this might sound off but perhaps it needs your retail key to full activate, perhaps the preorder is just that, the headstart but without the main benefits as of yet?
If you check the forum you will find another thread about this (about 13 pages long). The Liberated Borg Charakter Option has to be claimed in the C-Shop ingame. They had, however, switch it off because there have been issues with it.
