When were the purchases for the sub for everyone else that is not able to access Borg right now? Maybe it's a bigger window than the 24 hour that was mentioned. Does the lifetime sub show up in your account on the site here?

Purchased 1/27 and I have logged out of game and back in almost 10 times, had a ticket in over an hour, and even reset the PC.

Purchased my lifetime Monday. Relogged. Closed/reopened. Even rebooted. Still no Borg. I've been trying for a couple hours now.
