A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Client was prepped. I had 3 downloads over the last 2 days (small ones) with steam. Because this Beta......errr....final client crashed people to desktop causing a reinstall, why isn't the developers fault?
If you've read any of the threads here about it, your download issue is probably caused by Steam, which is in no way something that Cryptic has control over but have stated they are speaking with Steam to get them to fix it.
Since the game has its own patcher/laucher, you should change Steam's setting and set it to ignore updates for STO.
