"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally

I have used an open beta key that I got from a website, now I need to use the Key I have got from Play.com for the live game start, How do I change the key that I used when I set my account? can anyone help?
