A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
eh? your post is seriously lacking details. The minimap closed? The ground your standing on? Top left corner of minimap is button to abort mission/beam up.
Also can try quitting game for 5+ minutes then logging back in.
