was doing the 2nd patrol where you download data from probes
we accidently missed a probe and destroyed the klink base, once we realized what we did we found the last download and were then instructed to destroy the base, which would not respawn.
we did the rest of the missions including una and got the "in-instance" mission completed message, but the patrol log would not update.
so was able to do all but 2 of the patrols even though they were completed (technically)
You have to be level 4 to complete various parts of the Orion mission. There is actually an archived in game bug report that explains it.
I had the same problem wasting my time doing 2 of the parts numerous times before I decided to report the bug in game and then saw the previous report that explains the work arround.
