"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
Slow patching in the launcher
A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Some characters were stuck in a loading screen with a "Server Not Responding" message
well
lets put aside the steam BUG of wipeing STO from your system
( i now got the Zip exe and installed that way) samller download )
and the borg problome of overload on the server ( i know this was comming )
it was not that bad!
the Main game server did not crash!
i said at the start of the day if we can to 10 + hours with no server crash we had a good start!
well 17 hours ( no master game server crash )
there is now a PLANED update! ( that all good to me )
we had a login server crash from overload!
we had the C- store crash from overload!
but the main game no crash!
we all know there was going to be a high load!
it was steam who let most of us down!
but on the outher hand steam mass up did let the login server get time to re sink them self
for a start of a mmo i give it a 6.5 out of 10
could have been beter ! but not as bad as it cound have been!
Well as i had no borg character that didnt bother me, so i'd give it a 7.5 for its first day. I'm loving the gameplay i was growing concerned with everyone complaining about the features on the forum but so far it's been amazing (i'm possibly a bit to easily impressed though)
