Has this been fixed or are we still doomed to only receive engineering officers as rewards while Feds get a choiuce of the three (Eng/Tac/Sci) ?

I'm 12, and only engis so far.

Same.. anyone have any luck with different officer types?

I discovered that if I go in and out of the reward screen, it randomly generates the BO each time. However, it is always "Alien Engineering Officer". It is never any other race or class. But it's name and skills do change each time.
