1. In the Voth ground Battlezone, vaporize a Voth Medic
Actual result: Sometimes they come back to life using their rez ability.
Expected result: Vaporized enemies should never come back to life... they have been vaporized...
Additional notes: While I'm at it, I might as well mention that I find it annoying that whenever voth self-rez they come back at full health. They should really only get no more than 65% health back during a self-rez.
that's no bug; that's a racial trait that the Voth have; when you kill them, there's a chance that they go into a forced hibernation to recuperate and avoid death......just kill them again

Voth Specialists are enlisted soldiers with basic Voth racial abilities. They are equipped with Voth Antiproton pistols, and are able to paralyze humanoids with a short-range, toxic spine projected from their wrists. also, just because someone is 'vaporized', doesn't mean their sprite is destroyed, you want truly mind-boggling, rez your bridge officers affected by a thalaron pulse
I don't mind them getting up from just being killed - but their hibernation shouldn't allow them to recover from vaporization - just like an enemy medic shouldn't be able to resurrect and heal a vaporized team member.
However, I also understand that the vaporization is just a cosmetic effect and to fix it would require scripting and programming changes. It is immersion breaking, though. If vaporization prevented enemies being ressed - you would never see any player in the game using anything but TOS hand phasers with their 'guaranteed vape'.
I'm fairly certain that they actually have a fix for this already. I do believe they used to have a problem with the Romulan medics in the story missions resurrecting vaporized teammates and it was fixed maaaaany patches ago, but frankly I don't want to hunt through who knows how many patch notes threads to prove a point.
I'm aware that it's a racial trait and that the enemy entity is not actually gone/despawned after vaporization in the game logic but that doesn't change the fact that they shouldn't be able to come back from being turned into scattered atoms.
