I was wondering if someone with some escort experience could clarify the usefulness of certain bridge officer powers? I could used some suggestions as well as to what might be a better choice for both PvP and PvE.
I am considering the following science skills:
Tractor Beam
Mask Energy Signature (I know, it's bugged at the moment)
Jam Sensors
Polarize Hull
Also, these engineering skills:
Directed Energy Modulation
Emergency Power to Weapons
Linear Mode
