Have just paid for a 1yr subscription via Paypal, Paypal has confirmed that the payment has been made and that Cryptic studios have recieved my payment, yet I can not see anywhere on my account either on the forums here on in game that they have recieved or acknowledged my payment.

Am I missing something here ? Have those that have paid in advance for there subscription been able to actually see that payment has been recieved or do I have to contact Cryptic ?

It probably takes a while and they probably dont activate your 1yr subscription till after you free 30 days that you get with the game have finished.
