I got it at Level 4 fairly easily.
Are you upgrading your ship systems? Don't forget to equip the items you pick up (I think most of my weapons and systems were at least Mark II and that's without buying any).

I was attacking the dreadnought until it turned on me, then I stopped attacking it and fought the frigates while the Klingons regained agro and finished it off (which took a while).

Oh Noes!!!!! I cant make a Klingon character even though I finished it!

Did you check your accolades? You should have an accolade, something like "blood of the warrior".

Thats what it was...I hadnt called it in. Even then, for some reason after re-logging is when it finally gave me the "unlock"...so after re-logging again, Im able to make one...whew!1

I had the same problem. Completed it, called it in, no "unlock" text. Zoned into another area and got the unlock text then.

Yeah even though I did not use the tatic just die and respawn it makes no diffrence there is no quest or mission in PvE that can not be completed by countless respawns.

it took me awhile to figure that out too, the game doesn't automatically give you the bridge officers , you have to go to your log and then click assignments, and then activate them on to your crew from there.

And I did that mission at lvl 4, but it was super hard.
