About half an hour ago I bought the lifetime subscription via Paypal. All went well until AFTER the payment was made, I was sent back to the STO webpage which had a red error message stating that "the product is currently not available".
I checked with Paypal and the definitely booked the money from my account and transferred it to Cryptic, however I cannot see the Lifetime subscription as an activated feature on my account page. According to my friends it should however be listed there.
It would be great if a developer/support employee could contact me, so that the issue can be resolved before the 2nd of February.
