Im pritty sure TAC officer on non science ship cant target subsystem...

If that Tac isn't a Lt in a Lt station and you didn't go to the BOff skills trainer to teach him/her one of the subsystem targeting skills in place of whatever Lt skill he/she has, then no, they can't.

must have missed them when brwosing then...ill take another look

for how long does it disable the subsystem tho? ( i like my rapid fire)
