I'd really love to see somewhat better description of skills then we have in game. "Adds small percentage to deflector" ain't telling much on what you are about to spend some points

Is there any in-depth manual, or at least a list with in-depth skills description? And if there isn't, then Cryptic, can you give us some good intel on skills?

I happen to agree completely... the amount of information available about abilities, skills, and there subsequent modifiers simply isn't enough.

If you'll excuse the pun... Cryptic has made this information.. well rather cryptic... And it can be frustrating at time when you are trying to decide where point should go...
At the very least offer re-specing.
