Nice thread, I did not know you could get more ships, I was worried I would be locked to one ship each tier.

A noobie question

Is there a way to walk around my ships bridge?

Absolutely.

When you're in game, click the last button next to your minimap (top right). it's the one that looks like an upside down triangle. When you click it, you'll get a menu - one of the options is "Visit the bridge"

You can go to the bridge for whatever active ship you have selected. Different ships have different bridge options that you can choose when you customize the ship.

You can invite other players to join you on your bridge. This is good for roleplay, fleet meetings, long talks with that andorian hottie you just teamed up with (so long as you don't mind your bridge officers listening in) and so on

This is exactly what I was looking to find while I wait for the game to download from Direct2drive. Thanks a million for these useful starter tips.

# 139 Autofire

Now that game has launched I ran across this item that you can right click the weapons and it will autofire. Problem I am having is it won't let me do more then one weapon at a time. Although I have learned to live with this, is there another way to get all the beam type weapons to autofire all at once?

Sadly, right now you can only have one fore and one aft energy weapon set to autofire right now. Allowing autofire for all equipped energy weapons is one of the top community requests at the moment!
