A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Might I make a suggestion to use in place of the current server notification.
1. The Servers experienced an unexpected crash, we are working on the problem and will bring
them up as soon as the situation is resolved.

we are going to patch in some new material. We estimate the servers will be back up in <fill in time>.
Release notes will be posted shortly after the patch.
