My cruiser types are always the USS Xanacus A-Z

Xanacus is a name I've used for characters and other things in games for a long time. Plus it sounds awesome.

My Science ships tend to be named after random elements

I think the reason for them being named after elements is self evident.

I have yet to make a fed escort.

My Klingon ships in OB were named after people and gods from Greek mythology. I'm not sure what the theme will be now.

For when I get on.. was thinking...

I, like many others, really like the mythology based names...
it just seems right.

I use names from Lovecraft and Derlith Cthulhu mythos.

Currently I use R'Lyeh R'Lyeh at Wikipedia.com for my ship names, but I'll be expanding out to the god names in the mythos.

Well I was thinking of using [indefatigable[/b] because it's such a wonderfully classical name but I ended up with the Singularity. It sounded good for a science ship.
