Ok so now that I have my 3 ships here are their names

1st. Master (Trill)
USS TARDIS (Doctor Who reference, The Master has a Tardis just like the Doctor)

2nd Davros (Liberated Borg)
USS Cult of Skaro (Doctor Who reference, the Cult of Skaro is made up of 4 Daleks with their own names)

3rd Freeza (Liberated Borg Klingon)
IKS Dethklok (Metalocalypse reference, its the bands name)

I see alot of reused names and such based on us navy ships and such but there are some rather unique names so I did what I could.

USS Mahakali (cruiser) = Goddess of War - From my Ghurka crew "JAI MAHAKALI, AYO GHORKALI" -Glory to the goddess of war , here come the Ghurka's (Can't wait to teach those Klingons not to play with knives)
Oh ye and "Jemadar" is the title of a Gurkha Leftenant.
