holds have been broken since the start of CB. Same as the random respawn points that are condusive to getting ganked as soon as yoyu spawn and many other issues that the devs have failed to address.

Please make holds less annouying and make them a 2 second stun or shorter.

But really, you have to realize that you could be playing against people who are specialized in ground combat. When i created my toon i picked 4 ground abilities and spent every point ive gotton into ground combat. This is b/c i enjoy ground combat more than space.

I do agree that the matchmaking needs to be fixed b/c it doesnt matter what side your on in a 5 v 2, its still not fun :/
I specialised in ground combat and went with four ground traits too and it hasn't made any difference to the spam hold problems.

The hold trick is running rampant on both sides right now, just seems that the people that are whining that its ok are the ones that like the I win button.

Just needs a deminishing return on it, a percent amount to resist it the next time its put on you. Dont think that would be too much to ask and it would increase the enjoyment of ground combat.
