I wonder what I can do with them? What are They for and how to use them or spend them?

They're needed to buy the gear, the ground set for example.
Well I can't forget a face but I won't remember y'all.

By "buy" he means "use them in Rep projects to acquire" them. Think of them like Borg Neural Processors.
Iconian? A label created by the Dewans to give voice to their destruction.
In the end, what they chose to call us is irrelevant.
We simply... are.

You will obviously need to get to higher tiered Dyson rep...like the borg neural processors...

You need them for the low level gear too. The tier 1 console requires implants.
Ah yes, "Iconians", the immortal demons of air and darkness allegedly waiting in subspace. We have dismissed this claim.

Cybernetic implants are needed for all Tiers unlike the Omega Rep since there is no Mk X or Mk XI gear in the Dyson Rep.

I just bought the Proton Stabilizer Console. It cost me 15,000 dil, 500 Dyson Marks, 2 cyber implant (and no not Sevens ; p), and some EC. Next, once I get to tier two is the Gravimetric Torp, anyoje know what that costs.

Biggest problem I'm seeing with VCIs is their apparent unwillingness to drop from any of the space queues.
