"Login failed for unknown reason" error
Missing additional character slot for current/ lapsed Gold Members
I am beginning to wonder if I spent my money wisely...$60 for a game that I rarely get to play because when I do have time to play, the servers are down...I do hope that Cryptic isn't expecting me to pay $15 per month in addition to subscribe to a game that hasn't really impressed me with all these issues. And on top of that, I go to check my mail....mail service is down. Not a good first impression people...not good at all. I have played many beta's and haven't seen this many issues. I would think that if I was creating a game that belonged to a genre that is so popular, I would get servers and other systems to handle the traffic...but that's just my thinking. What do I know?
