You realize Cryptic cant keep the server online. So what makes you think they can do something as easy as stepping on a bunch of roaches?

You realize the server has been down far less than it has been up, right, and that the people spamming like this use dummy accounts that are replaced as soon as they are banned, right? Right? RIGHT?!?

I am not ingame. I am not playing because I am watching TV and doing work, checking in-game mail... and yes I know you can do it in-game. They should let you do it out-side of game.

Perhaps, but it doesn't ignore them. At least when I tried it in Beta it didn't, unlike the EVE Online counterpart which reports them, ignores them, and removes all text that belongs to them in the chat window.
