Hey all, i've noticed that recently a lot of players are making seperate threads about builds, and theyre pretty much getting lost on the forums.

I've decided to create this thread int he hopes that people would post their builds here, so others who may need help or just a quick reference, can search this thread and find the information they need.

I would very much like a Science build. I want to have a bit of training in engineer and science ships, take the Doctor spec in the Science Officer tree... I dont mind getting a respec sometime, but it would be nifty to see what others are doing for thier skills.

I'd like some feedback on this from some more knowledgeable than I. I’ve designed this, essentially what I’m “leaning” towards, for a hopeful pve and pvp shield breaker, tackler and survivor. I know nothing, but wanted to throw this together for feedback from others that might be a bit more astute.

Tier 5 Deep Space Science Vessel

Tactician 1:
Ensign: Torpedo: High Yield I – System:Torpedoes.
Lt.: Target Shields II

Engineer 1:
Ensign: Emergency Power to Shields I
Lt.: Reverse Shield Polarity I

Engineer 2:
Ensign: Emergency Power to Auxiliary I

Science 1:
Ensign: Tachyon Beam I
Lt.: Jam Sensors II
Lt.Com.: Polarize Hull II
Com.: Viral Matrix II

Science 2:
Ensign: Tractor Beam I
Lt.: Feedback Pulse I
Lt.Com.: Scramble Sensors II

I'm thinking of going Engineer/Escort, Engineer/Cruiser or Science Cruiser. need to read up on it though unless others have any comments. In beta, i primarily played engineer/Science.

Id drop target shields 2 from your tactical Boff and take Tactical Team II

Im pretty sure you get inate subsystem tageting for science ships so the target shield as a boff skill may be a bit redundant and the Tactical Team will give you a nice boost to a number of stats for the duration.

I played this role in OB and loved it and have decided to do it down the same role again. It hard work untill tier 3 but then you get T 4 and the defiant class and that was awesome.

So yes im playing an engineer escort
