Lost connection to server when i was loading a mission, now i have been stuck at the retreiving the charater list for closing on 20+ minutes, any one else having this issue or is just at my end? Want to make sure- Thanks

You're not alone. When the server was down a few hours ago I left to play ME2. Came back and now I'm stuck at... okay, not stuck anymore. Finally got to the character selection screen after leaving it at retrieving list of characters for 10 minutes. Odds of me actually getting in and staying in though?... Not very high.

Yeah, I'm having this issue, too. Not just sporadically, either. It seems to be consistently stuck on this screen when I log in. I noticed it after I created my second character, played almost through the intro (got to the point where I was chatting with each of my potential bridge officers, got disconnected from the server, and it has been stuck there ever since.

Anyone have any similarities?

Yeah im stuck too... got booted out mid mission trying to beam back to my ship... now stuck.

Same here...ah well, been pretty good headstart so far, even given the pronounced server instability issues.

Yup, seems somebody tripped over the power cord again at the server park!

ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS ? Really im sick to being ***** by the screen "Retriveing list of characters ",c`mon guys do something with this issue,if anyone find a solution for this please post it

Stuck as well. Maybe some bad company 2 for a while. Ill check back later...
