A bug that involved Romulan Liberated Borg captains and their skills once they chose an ally
Can you give them a chance to get into the server farm? I am sure whoever is on standby has already been called to come in.
I suspect they have a 24/7 maintenance staff who is there when it goes down. What would be nice if they were also able to report here when it is going down so we could get more immediate feedback. But for something this big, I can't imagine someone has to come in. I have run smaller server farms than they are running and had 24/7 staff.

100% positive they pay to have the servers hosted and when something goes wrong like an unexpected crash, there is no cryptic server techs there at the facility. Cryptic's address is just office space.

I wouldn't at all be surprised if they have someone onsite for this weekend and launch just to expedite reboots and restarts. I have done the same thing many times over the years (although it's never been for a video game)

Well, the way that Usually works is that someone is there onsite 24/7 and can respond to most issues immediately. Even if it is "Ya, we'll reboot it again boss.
I'd have to bet they made arrangements for 24/7 for this and the next few weeks as they star up. That much they anticipated. If not, then we do have cause for sadness.
