Since we have some more spare time, does anyone know why there are two logins required to play STO? You need to login to get the launcher to start and then login again once the game is loaded. I would normally expect the credentials from the launcher login to be passed the the game.
The credentials are always passed right from the launcher for me. It only goes to the actual in-game login screen when the server disconnects or I choose to log my character out...

OK, thanks guys. I just started playing during the headstart yesterday so maybe I've been unlucky enough to always logon just when there are some connectivity issues. Now that I know everybody isn't getting that I'll check my settings as soon as the game is working again.
