I can't seem to find where the support team is communicating with the community about whats going on. Where they say they're looking into the problem, how long to expect the troubles to continue and possible fixes we can be trying.

Will someone please point me in the direction where they're at, please... thx

is cryptic noobs at mmpogs?
if so, I hope running one isn't to much for them.

steam has already took them through the mud on one ride. there are expectations and standards. I few timely posts on problems and we'd all be much more patient and understanding.

I'm pretty sure they haven't'd be interesting to see how many of their customers have actually been able to access the game vs. those who haven't-all I've found is a couple of statements with no answers or help...this is a terrible disappointment and I fully expect to be demanding a full refund in a couple of days
