I think we've all become far too accustomed to having computers do the hard work for us. Back in the day, all we had to RPG on was a notebook and a calculator, and that was after saving up 5 days worth of food money and spending a few nights selling our sisters on street corners.
Until the servers come back up, I say we do this the old fashioned way.
My name is Captain Ducati, and despite the name I'm not the Federation's first pornstar. Fed up of the Federation's pansy diplomacy policies I've bribed/tortured my way through countless research stations and acquired a doomsday device that can blow up planets. I've set a course straight for the Klingon home planet and my ship to 'party' mode with Guns n' Roses blaring through the intercom, the replicators churning out booze and a single goal to achieve - genocide.
Some other Federation captains may join me. Some might try to stop me. Some might beam onto my ship and try to take advantage of my inebriated female officers (all of them have the 'bust' stat set to full, of course).
