As a Uk resident, I am getting very embaressed by all the self righteous, self inflated, pompus English people throwing UK / English law around like the Americans are in awe of us and our way of life. I am now in double figures in less than half a day with people like this who make me squirm with embaressment.

Oddly enough, depending upon the particulars of the jurisdiction in which an American were to file suit, he or she may have similar rights as exist in the UK. People having rights is just an embarrassment. Goodness!
