Yes, discussing legal differences in consumer rights between countries is horribly embarrassing, isn't it? It's like the time my eight year old brother learned the world clitoris and kept shouting it in church!

Oddly enough, depending upon the particulars of the jurisdiction in which an American were to file suit, he or she may have similar rights as exist in the UK. People having rights is just an embarrassment. Goodness!

I personally wouldn't mind if this weekend was forgotten, but if after launch the server is down more than than it is up, I would hope for time reimbursement

It was common at the start of Wow, 1 day here, 1 day there added of free time for extended downtime.

Just hoping they handle this launch well.
