Hi guys

Every time I try and use the bridge officer trainer it crashes out the game with the following error

fatal error: corrupt pig file detected
read failed for file:

anyone else had this? its a corrupt file I guess but I've tried verifying a few times and its not made any difference, and I don't really want to have to reinstall!

hm, no, but maybe you should do a forced file check when you open the launcher next time?
click on options on the top, then check the Force Verify box, close it. It will download anew any corrupt file, if that is the case.

Yes, several times today. I cannot update my officer's skills correctly. It is random when assigning skills.

Sometimes the points are not accepted and error occurs.

Sometimes the points balance do not deduct.

Somethimes only one officer gets the update in skills.

It is very eratic and I have wasted points in the wrong place. This is headstart so anything I do to the officers will be the same on relaease. They should refund points for officers when they fix the problem or I have to re-roll and that's no fun. Paid for pre-order to get a head-start and that won't be if I got to re-roll. They assumed one thing that when headstart began the game would be in some working order.

Refund Points.
