Almost evry single one of biowares games are terrible. They have good storylines, but bad gameplay. they just add a few flashy effects to make you ignore that.
Just my opinion though.
I've noticed that even the storylines in their games are too similar.

Only awesome if you are lucky enough to be able to play. EA's DRM has gotten more fidgety that it was for DA:O. Purchased Tuesday, can't play because EA doesn't respond to support tickets.
LOL, every single one of Bioware's games was teh awesome... maybe aside of Neverwinter Nights, but that was more of a Toolset with a Demo Campaign so yeah xD
Still, Unreal Engine 3 for an MMO isn't exactly the best choice, it'd end up an instanced mess like STO cause it can't handle much more than 64 players on a map/in an instance at once with hit detection and all that stuff xD
