when i buy the retail-game with the added 30 days play time will i still need to activate my creditcard or buy a timecard before i can play those 30 days? or can i just play the 30 days and after that see if i prolongue my gametime

you shouldnt have to add a card untill the free time is up, but some games to make you add a card first. but you wont have to pay...

yes i know some games require an extra time-card at the start, but that kinda sux because you have to buy a 25$ card along with the Retail game

buy retail > add retail code from box > play 30 days > add credit card/timecards if you wish to play after your retail time (30 days).

you MAY have to set up a payment system before playing BUT you dont need to pay after the 30 days if you dont want to...

edit: to ^ i understand but if i have to add a payment BEFORE the 30 days ill still have to get the timecard and enter it because u cant get the timecard refunded:p

you will still need to pick your payment method... they need to know where the sub fees are coming from.. either your credit card or a prepaid time card

ps. i have yet to see a mmo that will allow you to use your free time up before you choose your payment method...
