Does Hazard emitters and polarized hull share the same cool-down? So if you were to use one, you couldnt use the other without waiting on the cool-down?

ok...so not the total cool-down as the power....i dont know how else to describe.

Generally those are considered skill-tree cooldowns. Some people also call it a "global cooldown" but that wouldn't be the correct term as global implies *all* skills.

A similar effect would be that all the "team" (Tactical Team, Science Team, Engineering Team) skills share a cooldown. (And on a similar note, their effectiveness is based on your current crew on the ship, if you have low number of crew in a battle, they aren't as effective. )

Both are "emitters" skills, so they share a cooldown.
