Like come on the fact it crashes at 12 everyday should be an indicator of something wrong. Just my 2 cents.

yeah, it's probably just being the weekend and all. People start waking up and loggin in. Server still can't handle the load I would assume.

maybe they should consider doing a daily maintenance as their seems to be some sort of issue here maybe the server has a memory leak of some sort.
