ya know what ground PvP needs? less player to player knockdowns/stuns/holds. Also make them Away Teams not just your toon, I outfit my "pets" (I want my old school mini skirts darn it) i want to use them.
I think having Captains (in PvP) have some CC immunity but having the poor redshirts i drag with me feeling the full effect of the endless stuns and holds so players can have some fun all around.
My only big complaint about away team ground combat is that there isn't enough of it. The balance in episode missions is about right, but patrol and exploration missions are so heavily weighted towards ship-to-ship combat that I get bored. Every other ground combat complaint I have is nit-picking.
(But then, I also played masterminds in City of Villains, where I only wished that my minions were this tough, this smart, this customizable, and this useful.)
