So I have already called gamestop about 4 times already and the last time asking if they could cancel my order. Well the lady at the other end was like idk if we can do that and sent me to some request page to do say. Once filling out me request it said that they will answer within 24-48hrs.... Why is gamestop being so dumb and not promising what they said, a beta key for heads start. This is ****ing me off, all i want is to buy a life time subscription to Star trek on-line and I won't be able to caz of gamestop's inefficiency.

Sounds to me like you're confused. Did you order through the store or online? If you ordered online you shouldn't be calling the store. If you ordered with the store you shouldn't be online dealing with the order. If you ordered in the store, the keys are in-store now. If you ordered online they get e-mailed to you 24-48 hours after pre-order.
never got one in the e-mail, and i bought it thursday and have been calling everyday after. Now i am just trying to cancel my order and buy a hard copy from a store. But gamestop wont even let me do that.
Call the support number and ask to speak to a different rep until one of them sends you the code in e-mail. It's rather silly how easy some of you are giving up on this simple process. If you don't get the e-mail, CALL. Don't let them tell you there isn't a code... they have them.
