what makes you think they will take action? it seems they dont give a crap at the moment...
They have had 2 WEEKS to get more server hardware. I have no sympathy for them. Next day delivery from when they order the stuff, spend at most a day and a half setting up the new kit, put the kit online after what, 4 days? 2weeks is taking the ****.

I am positive they are aware of the situation, a ticket won't speed up any "actions" they are taking.

Now I just need to find a way to play the game more than a few min without server going down, liberated borg not being there, and waiting in a queue of 800 people even before launch date that does not move.

flicked back to the game, expecting to see 201/1500, but instead was greeted with the loading screen and the message in red "server disconnected". Cryptic can suck my balls, the only reason im staying is cos its star trek. im sure alot of other people feel the same. and has been said before, if they dont sort it soon, even the people like me that are only staying cos its star trek, will give cryptic the finger.

This neverending que is the new suck. And I thought it couldnt get worse???

You know what? I'll go play Farmville now, on Facebook. It's not Star Trek Online - but at least, it works most of the time ...
