UPDATE!We're aware of a Skill Points issue that some Romulan Liberated Borg captains may be experiencing, as well as players not being able to delete mail, and are working towards a resolution.

whats up with this? long ques with preorders? buy more servers to manage the load they are encountering. otherwise most of us will leave after our first month. including me, i love this game but cannot justify waiting hours to get into a game that i might only play for another 1 before i go to sleep
I'm going to give you the benefit of my many years in business...
They lied to you to get your money. Honestly thats what it boils down to.
They knew their servers weren't up for the task..they new they had to promise something, anything to restore hope in potential subscribers...They frabricated a story to get you back on board.
