It seems Cryptic under estimated the size of its player base. With that said, it seems STO will be one very popular MMO :p
On Feb 2nd look for the player base to more than double and the queues to get longer.I do hope they expand the servers asap to remove this problem. Logging in and seeing 1953 out of 1953 in a queue can cause a slight scare.
Yeah judging from open beta and headstart they either woefull underestimated the size of the fanbase, or they overestimated the capabillity of thier server
