Something is going on... I was waiting at 886 out of 1500+ , then it dropped the "out of x" part and showed only the wait position, then it trying to load a screen, then the crash

The servers canna handle the stress.

It's not quite down but it's like 10-12 minute map load times and it's heading for another crash.

Yeah its really slow and getting server not responding messages but it is coming up.

I want a partial refund. I was promised a headstart weekend to get a jump start on everyone for preordering, and I have only been able to play about 3 hours the entire weekend. Everyone who preordered should be angry about that. We played beta, reported as many bugs as we could find. Helped them identify and fix a LOT of bugs. This is nonsense.

Another option that I would be willing to accept is a free level 11 character.

I want tribbles, targs and upgraded starships for all of my characters. But of course I can't get into the game to use them anyway, even if they gave them to me.
