This just cracks me up. I thought I was about to upgrade with the one on the right. Now I'm just face-palming. But at least I can sell the uncommon item for more credits!

Edited to add: Okay, it seems that the Vascular MK I doesn't not have the Medic Tricorder, even though it shows up in the window, so I guess this is some kind of glitch. Anyways, it's indeed an upgrade, so never-the-mind about my initial statement.
