I am getting to the end of my patience... I put a ticket in for 2 different starter packs not showing up on my STO account on 11/15 and it still hasn't been resolved. I have followed all instructions received and updated my ticket and it hasn't been updated in week and a half. I know Thanksgiving was in there, but this is getting old.

Is there a process in place to get a refund for the $50 I spent?
