You can see it at the top of the startrekonline.com page, it's not as accurate as the launcher however. Servers are up by the way, and the OP's link says they're down. So, clearly that webpage in the OP is completely inaccurate.
The info that the OP's website is displaying is 100% incorrect, and likely doesn't match up the server architecture in any way shape or form. Again as I mentioned, the game servers are UP, but that website says they're DOWN.
