Ok, how bout a "I survived headstart downtime" badge....lol Along with a galileo 7 shuttlecraft that will fly out of your ship with purple thrustes to "send up a flare" for help

For Champions Online they gave no compensation for the terrible Head Start.

What makes you think they'll give you anything in this game?

..It would actually be to their benefit to make a long-term gag out of the issues...

Perhaps a mission to deliver new computers to a ship whose main computer was overwhelmed by an evil Klingon DDOS attack... and the award can be a uniform with the Cryptic logo on it =P

Self-deprecation is brilliant way of winning people over... (and a lot of people could use some winning over)
