On the My Tickets page, if I try to create a new ticket, I get a number of ticket categories, but when I click on any of them absolutely nothing happens. What am I doing wrong?

Even if you do get the ticket through it's not like they're gonna answer... i've had a ticket in since 01/17/10 with no response. (also the date I stopped being able to play).
