If you have tribbles and food in your inventory, the food will disappear and the tribbles will multiply.

It's a joke.

Go pull up Trouble with Tribbles (TOS) somewhere if you don't get it.

yar they eat your food and leave babies and poo

After awhile of selective breeding, you are able to get different bonus stats from them, I heard.

Don't leave food in the same inventory as your tribbles!

(Unless you want lots of tribbles.)

So you really can breed them for different effects? How does it work? Someone needs to start writing up some sort of guide so us amateur tribble breeders can start breeding the best specimens. I wanna win first prize at the tribble show!
