Cryptic, Im not sure what changes you made post OB, but the Kling shield and armor resist is through the roof. The space PVP is pointless for Feds atm and needs a serious adjustment. Even with a knowledgeable Fed team, we have to focus fire to get 1 kill 5v5 and we still lose 5 ships in the process. There is definitely something amiss with the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Kling ships atm.

Lol now that we have a fair chance in the air all you feds will start to complain. Its a lot harder when we have that ability to fight back and win isn't it?

I knew this complaint would translate into nerf klinks... When you give people the god-mode of PvE and they decide to play against real players complaining will happen.

If you nerf klinks because people are used to playing your EZ mode it will **** people off beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Increase the challenge of PvE and the complaining will die down to the nerdraging typical of unskilled people.

Considering I was a Kling player in OB until 21 and my current Tier 1 Kling can take on a 2v1 and win with full hull, something is amiss. Come to think of it, I havent see a Fed win a match space match yet.

Since when is balance a nerf? Just enjoy the free exp.

It would be helpful if people who start these threads would write their current level. I suspect many of these threads are started by tier 1 federation players who didn't even bother to upgrade their ships before going into pvp.

it is true though. Klingons were underpowered in CB and OB and now they are the OP side in space. Devs truely need to work on their pvp skills management.

Notice I said Tier 1 and Tier 2, I am experience in both sides Fed and Kling, coming from 2 months of playing. So I have some concept of the game. And yes, there is still something wrong with Kling resistances.

bad feds are bad?

I took my miranda with 1 single beam and all power in shields and a BoP couldnt keep me in its firing line long enough to ever drop my shields.

I was regenning my hull, fight started with me at 20% hull and ended at 40%, he ran at 20% because I was basically rage quitting him with mine + torpedo bleed-through damage.

Mirandas suck no doubt, but thats because the only way to pop shields in T1 is with full power to weapons and to use cannons.

Yes, all cruiser teams suck vs all escort teams, this is nothing new. In OB most people couldnt get covariants as a klingon in T1, so their shields werent more than 50% of their hull max.

T1 is bad, really really bad.

Lol@this topic.

1) Open beta, klingons get massacred by fedballs. Told "l2p", "get organized" and so on.
2) Fedball reduced from 8 to 5.
3) Klingons l2p, get organized
4) Retail, klingons are "OverPowered, need nerf".

I haven't met a good fed player yet. It literally seems like all the good pvp players rolled klingon.
Edit: Actually, Nsif (nisf) seemed to know what he was doing. At least he had a plan of attack.

I sincerely hope that devs will never listen to vague crap like "Kling shield and armor resist is through the roof". Get some specific information on WHAT is overpowered, then talk. Cause the only thing that changed between open beta and retail was that klingons got a default shield in tier1 (that is actually good). Hulls are the same, resists are the same. Everything else is just feds being bad players.
