Engineering Bridge Officer - Boarding Party I (Lt. Skill), and Boarding Party II (Lt. Cdr.)
Description: "Boarding Party launches up to three assault shuttle at the target. If they arrive safely, they will cause damage to the ship's crew and subsystems. Each shuttle launched remove twenty crew from your ship, who attempt to beam back upon completing their mission."
You train your Eng. in Boarding parties, then when you want to launch them you click the button and 3 shuttles whiz away. If they make it (sometimes ships, esp. battleships, will blast them out of the sky) they attack various systems. I've had a ship I was fighting suddenly lose it's shields for no discernable reason except the BPs. I've found the best time to launch them is at close range.
