I think I saw one in sector space. Are they in the headstart, and if so, how do I make it show up?

1) Get Del Taco shuttle code from the cup
2) Go to Star trek online website and click on the Del Taco website article which has been there for absolutly ages
3) The link takes you to http://www.startrekonline.com/deltaco
4) Enter the code from the cup
5) Log into the game
6) Visit the C-Shop (click on the downward pointing triangle near the minimap)
7) Select the second tab in the shop
8) Claim your shuttle
9) Done

Did you get to use your shuttle? Followed the same instructions but I don't see it under C-store.
